Nail Polish is a scary thing to spill on your carpets! Don’t fear, using basic household products, you can remove the nail polish in just a few steps!
What you will need:
- Hairspray
- Rubbing alcohol
- Small brush
- Non-acetone nail polish remover
- Spray 15-20 pumps of hairspray directly on spot
- Follow with 3-5 small splashes of rubbing alcohol
- Use a small brush to scrub the stain for 1 minute
- Continue pouring cold water on the stain through the process
- Apply a non-acetone nail polish remover; continue using brush to break up stain
- Blot dry or vacuum to remove any excess liquid
