What you will need:
- Stain pen (see below)
- Clean rag
- Stain Pens: These can be purchased at your local hardware store. There is an array of colors—find the one that best matches your floor. You may want to pick three in your color range as hardwood naturally has some variance. We suggest Minwax Wood Finish Stain Marker.
- Clean: Make sure that the area you are touching up is dry and clean. Use a dry rag to wipe down the area—no chemicals needed.
- Apply: In the direction of the scratch, apply the stain back and forth until the stain has soaked in to the scratch.
